Cannot download my already purchased DLC after I re-installed Dragon Age Origins

Hey everyone,

I just recently re-installed DA:O to show a friend of mine. I successfully installed the game, but when I loaded it and subsequently logged in to my account, I noticed that none of the DLC I had purchased before showed up. I had purchased the copy that came with Shale, but had obviously redeemed the code way back when, so could not do so again. None of the other purchases I had made previously were present either, including Warden's Keep, Witch Hunt, etc...

When I went to the Bioware social site to determine the root of the problem, I noticed that my account, though present, was seemingly reset and required me to select my portrait and screen name once again. 

I was wondering if there would be any way to retrieve the missing DLC? I had already paid for them, and I find it peculiar that they would vanish over time simply from not playing the game for a while...
