Cannot get Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710 to assign controls

Hi,

I have tried everything I can to get my gamepad controller to work on my PC, windows 7 recognizes it when I tested the controller. I have tried the help from the logitech support site, as well as the instruction manual that came with the controller. It has a directinput and Xinput mode and I have tried it in both with no luck. I tried using the logitech profiler to map the controls, I even read the help on how to do this and STILL it does not work. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Michael

The game doesn't include native support for controllers.  If you must use one, you will need to add software that can and will insert the required support.  I believe that one such program has a name similar to Xpadder.

Where and what programs do i need to get  too assign action to the pad f710? Nothing is simple when u have aproblem!!

See the [SOLUTION] posted immediately before your question.

There is NO built-in gamepad support, and Xpadder is the only program anyone has reported using successfully.

Even with Xpadder installed, your gamepad will have only limited functionality and you'll still need a mouse/keyboard to interact with certain parts of the UI.
