Cannot unlock the right potion
I finished the game with one of my characters but where you can equip your potions in the Undercroft or anywhere else the right one is still locked the upper is unlocked and the left is unlocked as normal but i cannot unlock the right one and with my new character it is the same thing
You mean your second potion slot, the one you unlock as a perk at the war table? Have you checked to make sure you've chosen that perk? (I believe it's in the 'Inquisition' perk category).
