Cannot unlock the right potion

I finished the game with one of my characters but where you can equip your potions in the Undercroft or anywhere else the right one is still locked the upper is unlocked and the left is unlocked as n...

    You mean your second potion slot, the one you unlock as a perk at the war table? Have you checked to make sure you've chosen that perk? (I believe it's in the 'Inquisition' perk category).

Yes that's the one i did not know that it was a war table perk oops silly me sorry i will check as soon as i get a new perk

    You can check your perks at any time (from the war table). Well, you can on PC, anyway, I'd assume console versions would be the same. I think you can get to it from the screen where you choose between Orlais or Ferelden. 😉
