Can't change equipment after winter palace

I just finished with the winter palace and I can't change or equip anything. Just keeps saying that "Changing equipment is disabled at this time" my part has there normal gear on but I can't change it but my inquisitor has the formal gear on. I have restarted the game. Usually that fixes any glitches but not this one. ☹️

Somebody please come up with a fix for this, and fast...I saved over my most recent save before I realized this was the case and that leaves me with my previous save five hours of gameplay earlier.

I called EA and after many questions and 2 days my problem has been sent to the specialists and I'm still waiting ☹️

I still haven't heard anything back from them. I have started a new character and am having fun doing the major stuff opposite. Almost back to that point... we will see....

What system are you on? Be sure to make a save just before Wicked Hearts, just in case this happens again.
