Can't change subtitles in Dragon Age Inquisition

I downloaded Dragon Age: Inquisition, the game offered by Epic Games for free this week. I have the default language set to spanish in both EA and Epic, but the game won't let me change the subtitles...

You can change the language of the Epic version only during installation afaik.
(After Epic started EA app and you get this screen.)

Do you want to play in Spanish or English?
