cant complete shards in the coast quest
One shard location isn't highlighted on the storm coast map. Progress shows 12/13 shards collected but no more highlighted markers.

Perhaps you forgot to mark it with the ocularum.
Been through all ocularums - the waterfall cave shows 0/0 shards seen and the one by morrin's steps the skull has disappeared so can't recheck. Progress shows 13 shards seen though.
