Can't Connect to Dragon Age Servers
My game can't connect to the servers, which isn't a problem except I want to be able to import my keep world state. I got it on steam back in May, it runs fine, I just can't connect to the server.
I've tried all the solutions I could find online (allowing it through the firewall, starting the game with no internet and then connecting, uninstalling and downloading again, using a vpn, loading from the ea app.) A lot of the solutions worked on the old origin app, but I don't have that.
I truly am desperate here, please help.
HI @krakenlackn When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
