Can't craft weapons and armor in SP. Dragon Age Inquisition, Xbox One

If this has been addressed before then I apologize, but I couldn't find anything to help fix this issue. I searched several forums and found nearly nothing. The problem I'm having is as stated above: I can't craft any weapons or armor in single player despite having the materials to do so. I've tried several methods that had worked for me in the past. I've restarted my Xbox One, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, uninstalled and reinstalled each DLC as well, but nothing has worked. I have the deluxe edition of Dragon Age Inquisition. If a fix is possible, please let me know. Thank you.

    My own stupidity amazed me.... I forgot I had to select the materials I wanted to use to craft the item I wanted. I am a idiot and I apologize for wasting your time.

    Hi,

    What exactly happens when you attempt to craft the weapons/armor? Do you encounter an error? Do your materials get used but nothing happens? Do the materials not get consumed and nothing occurs?

    Is this happening late or early into the game? If it is early, there is a possibility that you may need to progress further to craft the particular items you're attempting to craft. 
    When you say you can't craft any weapons or armor, do you mean ANY or is it a set few the game won't let you make?

    Is your inventory full? You can't craft if your inventory is full because there will be no space for your newly crafted item.

    If its your inventory thats full, you should get a message when opening the crafting screen.
