Bought the game on Steam summer sale. Authorized DLC on my Origin account. When I enter the game the DLC shows up but when I try to download it won't start and says "Download Failed" I've restarted the game multiple times. And my Steam account says the same is fully updated so don't think it's an update compatibility issue.

Windows 7 64 bit OS.
