Cant download and install DLC. "Download Failed".

Alright, round #2...  even with the server fixes I am still unable to download DLC.  Win 7 Pro 64-bit completely updated, no AV and no Firewall enabled.  Enabled DMZ through my router. Completely u...

The uninstalls didn't work.  However, the manual did work.  The installs still show up in my downloading tab as red though.
