Not anything recently.
Either they're on vaction, they can't figure out what's wrong (doubtful as even I can see what's wrong)- or they hope the problem will go away on its own (aka the people with the issue will go away).
I logged a support request about this last week - pointing them in the direction of this forum and the technical info in it. I got a reply today with some instructions on manually downloading the dlc files. With that answer they closed my support case.
Useless.

Useless indeed, because that does not solve the problem. They need to understand that a workaround is only a temporary solution.
They are apparently selling a product that does not function correct. Can't be that hard to fix.
But I guess it's more of an EA policy issue..
Serves me right for buying an EA game I guess.

Indeed it can't be hard to fix a few links.

mcshane41, you are my hero. Shame on you Bioware. It's been almost a month. How many EA employees does it take to change a link? Hard to tell, their PR team gets involved too. How many EA employees does it take to change a lightbulb? Hard to tell. Everything just goes dark and silent. (I know I'm bad at these.) How long does it take, though? Now that's the question.
