WHY has this issue not been addressed in over a week?

This is listed as a hot issue.

Will someone please contact the EA games team on this and tell them to get the freaking stick out of there rear ends and FIX THIS!!! This is effecting lots of people and a manual install is simply not an acceptable work around.

Fix the damn game and stop **bleep** footing around already.
