Cant download and install DLC. "Download Failed".

Alright, round #2...  even with the server fixes I am still unable to download DLC.  Win 7 Pro 64-bit completely updated, no AV and no Firewall enabled.  Enabled DMZ through my router. Completely u...

At least I now know that it's just not me. :/ 

Downloaded the Gifts DLC and in the game it just says the download failed. Sigh.....

    Still no fix,kinda lame ,really wanted to play those dlcs.
