I sent a PM to one of the EA support people that is supposed to be looking at this... and in fact SAID that they were looking at this issue... It's a disgrace that EA has refused to even respond to this issue after it's been flagged hot and they've had a chance to ask people for input on this. They know this is an issue and are choosing not to fix it.
