I've just been hit by this issue (download failed for all DLC content after DA:O Ultimate installation to be specific) and I've read through the contents of this forum in the hope of finding a solution.
Instead I found thandalnlyman's somewhat arrogant remark that we can just as well go to court, as the best we can get is a refund.
Is thandalnlyman an AE employee? If yes, I'd appreciate a conversation with his line manager.
Shame.
Well, it's nearly a week later and the exact same issue persists. I chatted with an EA tech support guy, but he just ran me through the same generic "fixes" that are plastered over the EA Help page. Eventually, he said that I have a connection issue and sent me to some site to fix my issue. Thing is, this is not an issue on my end, clearly. EA really should be seeking to fix this, and soon.
