Can't download this game specifically
All other EA desktop games downloading perfectly fine. Tried reinstalling EA app, tried running in admin. Tried restarting computer.

Very odd problem, isn't it? The files are there and it should download like everything else, or they're not there and EA is pretending to be able to deliver that which it cannot.
EA support is useless. I cannot open a support ticket due to a "bot authentication error" whatever that is.
So, no game, no support, no refund, no anything.
They've now taken my money and refused to provide what was promised.
