I'm playing DAI on a ps5. It's been working fine. Every time you log into the game, it takes you to a user agreement page. USUALLY I just back out it, and start the game no problem. Now it won't let me back out of the user screen. How do I fix this? Anyone else have this problem?
When you get the login screen at profile.ea.com, click on the PlayStation icon you see in the upper right of the below image that I poorly circled.

Are you able to hit the D pad to navigate to the button so the agreement can be accepted?
Yep! I can agree, and if I hit the "next" button it takes me to a screen to input my email. If I do that and hit "done" nothing else happens. It just sits there. So I back out of that screen and back to the user agreement screen but its still hung up there and I can't continue to back out of the agreement screen and into the games opening menu.
Community ManagerAre you trying to use the same email that you're using for the account you're posting with? If not, you may just need to create a new EA account for the email you're using.
It's the same email that I use for the EA account.... I only have one email I use...
Community ManagerTry going to profile.ea.com. Log out and then log in using the PS icon instead of entering your EA account details. Let me know what happens.
Hi! So I got on the website you mentioned and I was already logged out. So I logged in then logged back out. I wasn't sure what you meant by logging in with the PS logo (sorry). Did you mean on the controller? In any case, after I logged off that website I turned on the ps5 and tried to get the game to play. Same problem. Can't back out of the user agreement screen. Any other ideas?
