can't find the Jaws of Haakon dlc ingame even though it says it's installed

There's a wartable operation in the south west of Ferelden. The area is called Frostback Basin.
That wartable operation does not appear to exist on my wartable.
Do i have to have progressed to a certain point for it to be available or something?
While it's a high level area, it should be available at all times.
Are you on PC? If so, repair the game/DLC in Origin.
