can't find the Jaws of Haakon dlc ingame even though it says it's installed

That wartable operation does not appear to exist on my wartable.
Do i have to have progressed to a certain point for it to be available or something?
While it's a high level area, it should be available at all times.
Are you on PC? If so, repair the game/DLC in Origin.
Yes. i'm on PC and i have also tried to repair both the main game and the dlc, still nothing appears on the wartable
Are you still at Haven or has your game progressed to Skyhold yet? I started a new game recently and Frostback Basin did not appear in my Journal until after In Your Heart Shall Burn and I reached Skyhold.
