can't find the Jaws of Haakon dlc ingame even though it says it's installed

While it's a high level area, it should be available at all times.
Are you on PC? If so, repair the game/DLC in Origin.
Yes. i'm on PC and i have also tried to repair both the main game and the dlc, still nothing appears on the wartable
Are you still at Haven or has your game progressed to Skyhold yet? I started a new game recently and Frostback Basin did not appear in my Journal until after In Your Heart Shall Burn and I reached Skyhold.
I have progressed as far as "Wicked eyes and wicked hearts" which is well after skyhold.
But i also have a problem with logging in/connecting to dragon age server on the main menu in DAI. when i try to log in on the main menu it says "you must be signed into origin to access online features. please go online in the origin window and try again" even though i'm already signed into origin.
could there be a connection between the dlc not showing and failure to login whilst ingame?
