Can't Finish the Download

I wasn't able to finish the download with this method. I successfully download the Open Beta of Crysis 3, but this game still freezes in 96%.
The same errors were found in the client_log. There's no other way to download the game but in the Origin?
Hi incmars,
You will need to install the game through Origin.
The next step I would recommend is to restart your computer in Safe Mode with Networking enabled and try downloading the game.
Also, make sure the Dragon Age folder is marked as readable in C:/Program Files (x86)/Origin games.
