Can't get Trespasser DLC to start

So I bought the Trespasser DLC for PS4 about a month ago after I finished a fresh play through. After installing the DLC, the war table operation for it never showed up, so I loaded a save before defeating Corypheus, killed him again, and it still never showed up. I've finished another play through in hopes it would fix the issue, it didn't. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, and contacted bioware support, who then said they didn't know what was wrong either and redirected me here on the chance that maybe the devs or someone with a solution will see it. I don't know if anybody else has encountered this problem, but its incredibly frustrating and I just want to play the content I paid for.
