Can't install DA2

Coming back to this, I have:
1) retried the download
2) reinstalled the EA app
3) uninstalled and reinstalled all of my redis, not just 2008's
4) gone to the folder where the game is installed and manually placed the redis there, only for it to reinstall and give me the error once more
5) checked my DISM and CBS logs and fixed any errors in there

I've followed things for the ME3 errors which were the same, and it just won't get past that dang redistributable file.

What is the exact error message you are receiving?

Ccreate a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
