Can't Load Any Save Games

So basically just that. I've got a new hard drive installed, placed my old save files into the bioware folder, as you do, and none of them are load able when I launch Dragon Age 2. Same DLC's installed as before and all that, literally nothing's changed except that I have a new hard drive. Any thoughts? (for the record, I've attempted bioware's live chat service and every single time it says 'page not found' when it attempts to match me with a support member. I do realize this is unrelated to my post however).
