Community Admin@melaniesterre Hey, it sounds like there's no saved data locally, so grabbing the stored online info is the way to go. Please check this page: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/data_online.html
If there's no saved data it sounds like you might be out of luck, sorry.
