Can't Open World Map

So I can't bring up the world map to travel out of Crestwood.

Spoiler: I just did the meeting for Sera's quest.

Same. I think there should be an NPC or cutscene that is supposed to happen, but it's bugged. This is a gamebreaking bug.

I have the same bug. I cant get out of the crestwood which means i cant continue playing...

Really hope someone finds a fix for this because I've invested way to much time in this game to playthrough to start over.

I was able to get around it by loading a previous save and starting the mission over and over until it worked.
Spoiler warning:
after the fight at the start of the mission there is a guy you have to talk to leaning on a post just past where the fight took place. If after the fight you do not see him, reload and try again
