Can't summon the war council
After click the door there should be cut scene when npcs walk towards war table but i only get loading screen and some background music. About couple minutes of loading i am in the room and npcs stan...

Try to repair the game.
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

i didnt see repair option on EA APP i use steam and i do have mods
i loaded a earlier save and finish champion of the just quest first everything is fine but if i do in hushed whispers quest first i can’t summon war council...i will try remove all mods and then see what happens
