Can't use arrow keys to turn while running?

At the start of my game, I was able to re-map the 'turn camera' keys to the left and right arrow keys because it was more comfortable. For 133 hours I had no problem. Now I boot it up and all of a sudden, I can't turn while running unless I use the mouse. What gives?

EDIT: I've played around with this and it seems to be specifically when the arrow keys are used for forward, turn cameras left and right, and backwards. When I assign forward to 'w' and the cameras to the arrow keys, I can run and turn. When the up arrow is forward, I can use the a and d keys for the camera and it's fine. Only when I'm using the all the arrow keys. Which makes this almost unplayable unless I just use the forward arrow and the mouse to turn

EDIT 2: I guess I just can't play this game anymore. I tried hooking up an Xbox controller and the RT button on THAT doesn't work. No matter what I do, this game has issues. Didn't this come out like half a year ago?

Now it works all of a sudden. That said, anyone who has the same issue, shut down the pc and wait a day or so. It's so odd and I can't figure out why it happens, but that is how I solved it.

if you got my problem (wich i had no answer to, surprise, your settings reset itself. mine does almost every day.

You know what? I thought that happened to me once. I changed the settings and days later they reverted to default. I thought I was going crazy. This is different though. Now it seems only a certain configuration doesn't work when I've been using it that way for the past 15-16 days I've had the game. Was there a patch update that happened while I was asleep and somehow was not told about by my system? I'm at a loss.
