Carta Coat BUG?

There's an Item called 'Carta Coat' which can be received by completing side quest 'Failure to deliver'.

Wiki says it has +13% melee defense but mine has only 3%. Is this a bug?

or did I miss something?

Hi @PoppingSoul,

Is yours crafted maybe? The Carta coat you receive for completing Failure to deliver gives + 2 cunning +13 Melee defense. The Carta Coat Schematic allows you to craft your own with different stats.

If your calculating percentages then, maybe 13 melee defense does mean a 3% increase over no armor.
