So Cassandra misteriously dissapeared from the camp in frostback mountains, she is marked in the map but is invisible and i can't talk to her anymore.
I thought it would fix itself but i continued with the game and when i come back she's still missing. It's really frustating.
I solved saving next to her and loading, just as other guy who was missing Cullen as you.
Same issue as well. The same with random NPCs. I noticed it more at the camp in Haven, and also in Redcliffe Village. Fast save & then fast reload fixes it temporarily. However like clockwork, Cassandra is ALWAYS missing whenever I fast travel into Haven. Speaking with Cullen as well fixes it.
