CD/DVD WILL NOT INSTALL ENCODING ERROR
ok i have a install prob bought game 4 days ago and it will not install the error code is ERROR ,SWITCH FROM CURRENT ENCODING TO SPECIFIED ENCODING NOT SUPPORTED
LINE 1 COLUMN 40 OR 39 IN INTERXMLSETTINGS

Is downloading the game instead a possibility? In the Origin client, click 'Origin' up the top and select 'Add Game'. Then choose 'redeem product code'. Type in the CD key found in your game box (has been a long time, I think it was on the back of the manual?) and follow any further prompts. This should add the game to your library, allowing you to download it rather than trying to install from the disk.
I understand this might not be an option if you have slow internet or a low download limit, just thought I'd suggest it. 🙂
