There's a lengthy solo section during champions of the just. You should get your party back after you exit the fade.
Tktailo, did the bar that indicated the templar siege status run out? This is a timed section. When the bar gets low, you must return to the main hall to help the besieged templars.
David, Cheesebeard said he was alone against the boss, so he's out of the fade for sure. Please fix this game already!

You repeatedly "face" the boss in the solo section, and before the actual boss fight proper there are multiple challenging encounters that would be near-impossible solo. Therefore I'm reading it as Cheeseboard still being in the earlier section. I could be wrong of course, but of the bugs I've seen reported - and as you can imagine I see quite a variety - there's not been much in the way of failed solo > party section transitions.
tktailo,do you have the quest as active on your tracker? There should be a steadily-decreasing bar indicating your remaining time. If you check your journal, can you toggle the quest on as your main one? If you load an earlier save does the quest indicator then show up? Ideally load one from late in the Fade section.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoQuest is toggled, but no time bar. It's like the area is in lag bubble that sends me to a menu screen. So I gave up and went to a save before before I took quest and chose a different quest so much for getting Cole for now.

I'm out of the fade, made it through the part where the Templars destroy the barrier. Now I need to fight the Demon. Party does not spawn.

Fixed it by going back to an earlier save en redoing the fade.
