Character customization page won't load

I payed $60 for this game, waited for it to load (10 AM to 10 PM- not even joking or exaggerating), and now it won't even play.

The audio is very glitchy, the background music is constantly glitching and when i test the voice it skips around like crazy. All the options are coming up- I can click on stuff like "head 1" for example or I can click to customize that, but nothing's showing up where (I assume) the character's face should be appearing. Also, small black lines are appearing in some places- that part isn't a big problem (yet) because they aren't really hiding anything, but it's still annoying. Is there any way to fix this, or would I b able to get a refund for it? I really want to play this game but I don't want to suffer through horrible game-impairing glitches the whole time.

  • Your computer is below the system requirements.

    • Intel HD Graphics are not supported.
    • You have a dual core processor and this game requires at least a quad-core.

If it's been less than 24 hours since you first launched the game, you can request a refund.

If you want to play the game on PC, you should buy/build a PC that meets the following system requirements:

    • Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit
    • AMD quad core CPU @ 2.5 GHz or Intel quad core CPU @ 2.0 GHz
    • 4 GB RAM
    • AMD Radeon HD 4870 or NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT with 512 MB Graphics Memory
    • 26 GB Hard Drive Space
    • DirectX 10

The symptoms you describe make it seem like you're playing the game on unsupported hardware. Could you post your dxdiag to verify? (Note: GPUs with Nvidia Optimus technology need to be told specifically to run the game on the dedicated GPU rather than integrated graphics. If you have an Nvidia Optimus GPU, you can find this setting in the Nvidia control panel under 'manage 3D settings'.)

    1.  Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
    2.  You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
    3.  Type dxdiag in the text field
    4.  Click OK
    5.  If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG (see screenshot below)
    6.  If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available

    7.  Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
    8.  Save this text file to your Desktop if possible
    9. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
    10. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) and click Save on the webpage (Ctrl+S).
    11. Copy the link of the page in your post, along with a precise description of your issue.

Whenever I play the game, the audio lags. It skips kind of like a record with a scratch. Also, when I get to the character customization screen, the character's image doesn't show up. I can click on options to customize it but that doesn't do much because there's still nothing there. Sometimes when I click between options on the customization screen there are small flashes of light in spots on the screen.
