Character's face suddenly changed?!
Dragonage Inquisition - my character's face suddenly changed by itself. Face now has 😇 a goatee, (b) triangular tattoos under eyes, (c) orange-ish hair. I tried to use Mirror of Transformation to 'reset' but it doesn't work. I've attached two photos, one showing what my character should look like in Mirror of Transformation and in-game what the character now looks like. Please help!
