Characters Freezing
when returning from video introduction to fight the envy demon characters are frozen and will only move back and forward in straight lines, no arm or leg movement

I am also having this problem....it never happens during any other part of the game. Just when my character begins the fight with the envy demon. Please see the attached hyperlink to see a screenshot. It is very frustrating.
