Characters Freezing
when returning from video introduction to fight the envy demon characters are frozen and will only move back and forward in straight lines, no arm or leg movement

I believe this to be a widespread, cross-platform problem involving both Inquisitors and Companions over a wide variety of combat situations. It recently froze two of my Companions at once during a fight with the Fereldan Frostback. Not good timing for that. 😕mileysad:

It should be noted that all movement and directed efforts stop: no WASD movement, no tactical movement, no directed firing.
I believe many of us would be very grateful if BioWare fixed this bug as there is no possible player-side workaround.
I think I've found an always works workaround on PC: hit the jump button. I'd be grateful if others could test this.
on pc, exiting tactics mode and press jump works to unfreeze.
I would have expected bioware to have solved this problem by now.
I get freezing characters allmost every fight in tactics mode (wich i happen to use a lot).
