Clinging Shadows is broken?

DA:I with Trespasser. DW rogue. Stealth+Clinging Shadows, I Was Never Here, Flank Attack+Skirmisher, Spinning Blades+Neverending Spin.

What i do: Stealth, than kill foe with Hidden Blades.

What i expect: go out of invisibility after 3 sec with Stealth cooldown reset.

What i get: go out of invisibility after 3 sec without Stealth cooldown reset.

What i do: Stealth, than Flank Attack (or, for bow, Leaping Shot with Shot from the Shadows)

What i expect: Stay in invisibilyty

What i get: go out of invisibility after 3 sec

What i do: Stealth, than Spinning Blades (first attack connected, so i get all 9 hits)

What i expect: Stay in invisibilyty (i.e. enemies cant target me) for all length of Spinning Blades and ~0.2 sec after

What i get: After first 5 hits i remail blur, but enemies start attack me with direct-hit abilities (not with AOE). Sometimes i fall dead still blur.

P.S. Flank Attack is only ability of "move ant than hit" that use stamina and set cooldown if not hit the enemy ☹️
