Collectors' Guide DLC Not Working

Have you gotten to New Haven yet? The DLC stuff is in the chest in the room you wake up in. You'll only get what pertains to your class as well, I think. Mounts will come later when you unlock them.

The problem isn't that I haven't gotten the items, the problem is that they aren't showing up in the Origin client to download. They aren't on my list of content at all.

Also I think you're referring to a different set of items, the code I'm referring to came with the Prima Collector's Strategy Guide. My Flames of the Inquisition DLC has been working fine.

I have the same issue.  Put in the code, Origin said it took the code fine and listed what it was redeemed for, but then it is nowhere to be found to actually download.  

You're right, I'm sorry. I read Guide as Gear for some reason. I think this might be fixed when a solution comes up for people not being able to grab the Soundtrack as well. It seems Origin is the point of a lot of bugs. Hiding the mouse, download regression, code malfunctions.

I seem to be having the same problem: website accepted code, no prompt anywhere in origin to download.
