Same issue with the PC Digital Deluxe Edition. In the 25 hours I've played, I've had about 3 party banter expierences.
PC Digital Copy - 10+ hours have only had one sentence bursts from companions when I've completed a quest / found an item. I've had banter occur between Cassandra and Blackwall once. That's it.
