Me too. 60 hours, completed the game, probably less than 20 banters. I switched characters often. They would react to story things happening around them, but rarely actually bantered. I'm almost positive I missed some Skyhold conversations as well, Iron Bull only had "Goodbye" as a topic for the last 30 something hours. Also, I almost never had background music. My game was very, very quiet.
On a side note, my banners never worked, either. I always had just the pole with no banner.
