I had some early banter in the Hinterlands and on the storm coast, but after that all I seem to be getting is individuals reactions to things happening in game e.g. Varric saying "I can't wait to not be here anymore"
I actually just spent over an hour solely trying to trigger some banter with Iron Bull, Dorian and Blackwall to no end.
