Hello Bioware Greetings from Germany 🙂 , I also have the Party Banter Bug hardly talks in the worlds ☹️ Also , the music sometimes not play any combat music , or is canceled between inside .. I hope for a patch where the music is continuous in the worlds running, the music is so beautiful, but she does not run continuously , sometimes I've overtime no music in the game * cry * ☹️ me it's too quiet in the world of Dragon Age Inquisition , Skyrim was always music was so beautiful 🙂

I have the bug also... my friend came over and confirmed this by noticing how quiet my party are. We tried a few combinations over an hour, not a single banter. Then at his game, 4-5 banter within 20 minutes.... same area....
