Companions aren't bantering?

Unfortunately I'm experiencing the same bug and have been trying to find a workaround or solution.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling DAI's gamedata but it didn't work. Tried reverting to an older save (prologue) and play from then on but the same bug showed up. The Haven-Hinterlands-Rest-Mounting/Dismounting tricks trigger 1-2 party banters in an hour, but nothing after that. Starting a completely new game ends in the same result, with banter dying out as I get to the Hinterlands.

I'll keep 'testing', because playing on seems like a waste at this point. Loving the game, but this gets in the way of fully enjoying it. For reference: Playing on my Ps4.
