Completed mission not disappearing from the war map

The mission "Hard in Hightown 3: Varric's revenge" is still showing on the war map even though it shows completed and I have received its reward.

It shows "completed: connections" and I can read the message from Catarina Vallesti. But I cannot get it to disappear. Even though Ambassador Montilyet has participated in other missions since.

all my missions are still on the warmap. is this normal? i also cannot find a mission that is supposed to be available, which makes me think it is in a location that should be empty, but is still marked for a completed mission
