Connection to the Dragon Age Server has been lost.....PS4

Just tonight I installed my preorder in to play. was waiting all week till today so I can veg out on it.... BUT nope!..

Game installed, downloaded a update, installed update. Went to main menu, has a triangle to push in bottem corner to log in. Press it and I get the following error:::   Online connection:  Connection to the Dragon Age Server has been lost. 

My origin and PSN are connected accounts. I went to dragonagekeep.com to set my world and changed to the name and clicked it to upload and use it as my default world.  

IDK everything seems good on my end. I can play other PS4 games fine, online and offline. My origin account is good, and my psn account r good. using same email..so whats up???

    Nothing huh..... Was on phone support call for a hour and escalated to higher support and call dropped....annoyed atm...refusing to play untill they can tell me why its a no go.

    PS4 Dragon Age Lost Connection FIX. its works after five consecutive days of trying to play multiplayer. All you have to do is set the Date and Time of the PS4 Automatically. Verify that you dont have setup your date manually. Let us know if it works!!

    I attempted to do that. Seen that is was mentioned on other post. Just went to time and date settings and set to auto from internet. Still no go for me. I'll double check after work just to be 100% sure.

    Just so we are aware. Things I have tried allready:

    Port forwarding all ports that EA says to forward for DA:I

    Uninstalled and reinstalled DA:I 3 or 4 times now.

    Network testing/trace route  All is good, and im able to play anything and everything else on PSN. "Besides DA:I"

    Full shutdown of PS4 and unpluged power to unit for 30 seconds.

    I did try that time fix, will double check tonight.

    Checked PSN against Origin. Both use same email. and Origin shows that my PSN is a connected account.

    Im assuming this isnt a concern for EA... Was on phone for 3 hours just to get told and rushed off that it has to be my problem with my internet. WELL my internet is fine. Speed is up to par. I can play every other online game I have with absolutly no issue. BUT Dragon age..nope...yup must be my fault...

    thank you i was having this problem and did that and it worked thank you its been so long lol i just got ps plus to play online lol
