As far as slow motion goes..is it EVERY character of your party that you control or just your created character??  Does it effect spells, attacks and movement or just movement??  IF movement, does it look like your character is stuck walking??  or is the character running still but just moving slow??

Do you have any mods installed??

Do you have any command lines for the launcher??

Have you tried Repairing the game in the Origin app??

The movement looks like running but it appears to be in slow motion. It's the running, spells, attacks...everything. I have added no lines to the launcher, and I have repaired the game. I am using mods installed with the DAI mod installer from Nexus.

remove the mods and recheck the game function...I doubt they have had a chance to modify the mods since the update, maybe they have, but you will have to check over at the Nexus to see.

A patch was released just 2 days ago....and just about anytime a game is patched, mods have to be altered to run correctly with new game code.

I removed the mods and reinstalled the game and the problem is persisting.

If you are using the 60 FPS command line argument then try turning that off too.

I am having the EXACT same problem on my XboxOne Console when playing multiplayer.  Everyone seems a 1/2 step faster than me and I am always playing catch up.  Any ideas on what I can do?
