Contacting EA support???

Hey everyone :0) My question is really simple, so I hope the answear will be as well :P How on earth do you get support from EA without having to use the "Live Chat"??? I really don't have the tim...

You need your CD-key, and that's only available:

a) on the physical packaging/manual itself (although if you had the download version it's in an email and you would have needed it to install the first time);
b) within the installed game from the "Configure" screen;
or, (presuming you registered your game on the BioWare site)
c) from the EA Customer Service folk.

Since you say you don't have the original physical elements (or can't find the email if it was downloaded) to use method a), and you don't have the game currently installed to use method b), that leaves method c) as your only option.

If your English is good enough, try temporarily changing your location to an English speaking one (other than where you are showing for that now, if yours is already that) and see if anything changes.
