Conversation options are not working with the mouse

I am repeatedly having to restart the game because whenever i go into a conversation the mouse to choose options will not work, hovering over the option will not display the choice i am about to make...

    Another alternative is to ALT+TAB out of and then back into the game. This also fixes mouse issues at the war table and when a dialogue wheel doesn't pop up at all.

I take issue with calling alt-tab or moving the mouse outside the window solutions. Workarounds perhaps, but there's a bug here that needs a real solution to prevent the situation from occurring.

I've had the issue where the mouse won't interact with the options wheel, I found right clicking the mouse will correct this issue, it seems when you use the mouse in camera rotation mode it disables the interaction, so right clicking brings the ability back.
