Ahh damn, I thought it might be. Would getting the game to run be a simple as replacing the graphics card? And would any low profile card fit/be powerful enough?
I'm fairly confident about the actual physical process of replacing the card, I don't trust myself to pick the right one though.
Recently, the availability of Gaming Quality GPU devices made in the Low Profile shape has gone down in the marketplace. There never were a lot of good choices in that form factor, actually.
Minimum choices are never really good enough, however, Newegg has this page for R7 250s, their introductory gaming adapter. Is your Slimline able to run with the side panel off so you can use an R9 instead?
Something that Fred mentioned reminds me of this, also: many of the OEM "Slim" enclosures are NOT mATX standard, and thus, a problem often occurs matching the required PSU upgrade, such that replacing the actual case itself is often necessary to be able to use a standard mATX power supply.
